What we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the city your property is in, whether it is currently listed, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third party marketing pixels. We do not set cookies to identify you.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare for and hold the consultation you asked for, and to follow up on it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Consultation enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, and are deleted on request. If you become a client, your information is retained for the duration of the service agreement and for the period Canadian record-keeping obligations require afterwards.
Form handling
Form submissions are processed by our website host in order to deliver them to us by email. They are transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@meenpropertymanagement.ca and we will respond within thirty days.
