Shot for the platforms, not for a frame

Listing photography is its own discipline. The platforms crop to their own ratios, the first image does most of the work, and a phone photo taken at head height makes a large room look small. We shoot wide but honest, straighten the verticals, and expose for the windows so the rooms read the way they feel.

Every shoot is delivered sequenced: the strongest frame first, the sleeping arrangements unambiguous by the third image, and the questions a guest might have, parking, stairs, the size of the second bedroom, answered before they are asked.

What a shoot includes

A walkthrough and staging pass before anything is photographed, every guest-facing room and the exterior, edited files sized for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and long-term listing sites, and a recommended photo order for each platform. You own the files outright and keep them if you ever leave.

For long-term rentals too

The same shoot works for a tenancy listing, where better photographs shorten vacancies rather than raise nightly rates. If we manage the property, the photography is scheduled around a turnover so the place is photographed at its best.

Shot for what actually sells here

A downtown Kitchener loft, a stone Galt heritage home and a Waterloo unit two blocks from campus sell on different things, and the photography should say so. The loft sells on the skyline and the exposed brick. The heritage home sells on the character a stock filter cannot fake. The student-adjacent unit sells on proof of a real desk and real Wi-Fi, because that is what a parent booking it is actually checking for. We shoot for the buyer in front of that specific listing, not a generic template.

What it costs

Quoted per shoot, based on the size of the property. Both management plans already include photo guidance and sequencing of your existing images; the shoot is for owners who want the full set done properly. Request a quote and we will reply by email with a price for your property.
