What we take on

Full Service covers the whole operation. The listing goes live on Airbnb and Booking.com with calendar and multi-platform sync, pricing moves against real local demand, and every guest message is answered around the clock.

On top of that, we coordinate professional cleaning and laundry between stays, keep essentials restocked, oversee maintenance through vetted local trades, handle check-in and lockout support, add the welcome touches that produce five-star reviews, and inspect the property regularly at no charge.

Every regular inspection exists to answer one question: does the property still look like the one in your listing photos? Wear from one guest gets caught and fixed before the next one arrives, rather than quietly accumulating across a season until you notice it on a visit of your own. The property in Kitchener, Waterloo or Cambridge that you handed us stays the property you get back, guest after guest.

What you handle

Nothing. That is the point of the plan.

You keep every decision that should be yours: approval limits on maintenance spend, house rules, minimum stays, blocked dates for your own use. What you stop doing is the work.

What it costs

Eighteen percent of your host payout, billed monthly on completed stays. No setup fee, no onboarding consultation fee, no inspection charge and no cancellation penalty. A month with no stays costs you nothing.

Third party costs such as cleaning, linen and trades are passed through at what they cost, itemised on your statement, with no markup.
