What we take on

Listing creation or rebuild on Airbnb and Booking.com, professional listing copy and photo guidance, dynamic pricing tuned to occupancy and revenue, guest screening and booking management, guest communication around the clock, calendar and multi-platform sync, and a monthly performance report.

If you are already listed, we take over the existing listing rather than starting a new one, so your review history, your rating and your Superhost status carry across untouched.

What you handle

Cleaning, restocking and on-site maintenance. You keep your own people and pay them directly, which is exactly the right arrangement if you already have people who are good.

Co-Host works because your cleaner already knows the property, your handyman already has a key arrangement that works, and both of them can get to a unit in downtown Kitchener, Uptown Waterloo or Galt inside the hour if something needs attention between our messages and their visit. We are coordinating people who are already good at this in this market, not routing a ticket to a call centre.

What it costs

Twelve percent of your host payout, billed monthly on completed stays. No setup fee and no cancellation penalty. If you later decide you want the physical side handled too, moving to Full Service costs nothing.
